Klemen Šešok

Matija Šešok
Director
Klemen is the Executive Director of the Munich office.
He has broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management from his former positions, and direct experience in real estate, financial consulting and venture capital. Klemen specializes in competitive analysis, financing, franchising, mergers and acquisition.
He studied Law at the University of Ljubljana, and is currently undertaking the Executive MBA at the IEDC-Bled School of Management.
Matija is the Executive Director of the Munich office.
He has broad experience in tax and legal advisory services from his former positions, and extensive experience in real estate, financial consulting and venture capital.
He studied Law at the University of Ljubljana.
Yiannis Louisides
Director
Yiannis is the Managing Director of the Limassol office. He specializes in portfolio analysis, private equity funds, as well as equity and fixed-income valuation. He has experience in business consulting and business intelligence from his former employment in Cyprus before moving to Luxembourg where he was engaged in private equity funds.
He holds a Bachelors of Science with Honors from the University of Southampton, in Economics and Actuarial Science and is currently a CFA Level II Candidate in the 2019 examination.
